1.Can I order samples?
Yes, we accept samples orders.Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each for shipping fee.
2.How long can I receive my goods?
Shoes are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take about one week. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
3.How the goods are delivered?
Usually goods are sent via air express like EMSĄ˘TNTĄ˘UPS.
4.How can I know my order status?
Once we send the goods, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your goods until they reach you.
5.What's going on if my package lose or something happened suddenly ?
